Arrow is selling Samsung H strips, slightly less efficient than 301s, for $0.68 each for 2ft strips. Could outfit two spaces cheap.

How to build with H strips

@Gladiators

You know any place that sells UV strips? My new FC6500 is coming today but it doesn't include UV; was thinking of looking into some options.

That actually begs another question; do you measure PPFD with supplementation UV lighting? Always been a bit curious how it penetrates down into the canopy, or if it's just same concept as traditional lighting.

CutterAU does but the efficiency isn't anything special and they are pricey compared to Solacure/AgroMax. GrowlightAustralia did a test with their near UV boards vs UVB vs none and the UV boards had more cannabinoids - not the most scientific approach how they went about it though. They claim near UV is just as good as or possibly better than UVB.

Apogee has a broad range quantum sensor but I can't say if the readings will differ though I imagine it would as they are still photons.

Don't really need much else unless you're doing EoD or BoD treatments? GrowlightAustralia sells side and intra canopy lighting in 4000k/660/720.

How do you feel about UV? Worth adding if it's not there, or more pain in the ass than worth?
