Hey Bro, Interesting about the jam and cream sandwiches before the scones A sandwich would take more cream and jam. The Scotts had things pretty bland, so maybe by itself or with butter or lard while still warm. or maybe sardines lol

.. Same here its Australia and NZ jokes and also between states and yes mostly sports also, but all in fun.

They are lovely scones, i just add fruit to the mix, and the slow part is rubbing the butter in, and try not to mix it to much. The Butternut squash sounds nice see if i can source it here. I must try haggis , it sounds rather nice you described it, there is good oats in it also

I use butter also its been around forever and I find it better, it would be nice with mushrooms, i like it with banana sandwiches also

Scots food is fairly bland but haggis has spices and cayenne pepper in it, so it is a bit more interesting.

In away it is a fairly unknown tea that can be found everywhere all over the globe but ask someone if they have heard of it and they probably haven't!

We had a severe storm here in the UK as well, rain so hard we couldn't see through th ewind screen and we were force to pull the road! It was a storm of epic biblical proportions, of which it is very rare to see in the UK! I hope your crop is ok!
