A friend has helped me get started on what will be this year's attempt at an outdoor grow(I haven't grown any in 20 years) Gave him seed to get started for me last week. Have 5 white widow, 7 NYC diesel an early miss(all autos)and a few seeds he's doing for himself. He soaked them Friday, germinated Saturday. Put in to soil Sunday and this is on tuesday. Also getting a few of those clones(phitos) too try as well. Hopefully I don't screw up to badly and end up with something in a few months. Hopefully the autos are ready to go outside in 14 days.

I'm 2500 miles from home working right now. Buddy told me yesterday one didn't drop its shell and died, the rest were all doing well. go home Thursday for my 2 weeks off,, to flooding almost every where. may have to change game plan on where they were going to be planted. Which is unfortunate, the holes were dug already.

Well my friend says hold off a couple more weeks to put the autos outdoors,, they are still a little small. I'm fine with that he's been doing this for many years and knows much better than i do. Planted 6 clones today that he gave me at the back of the property, 2 are in a spot that is a little wetter than I'd like, but it should dry up fairly well over the next few days. 2 are in a spot that will only get about 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily and 2 are in the area the autos will be going,, they have full sunlight daily and is a drier area.. hears hoping tonight's 10* low doesn't kill them. And if any ripper comes in later in the year, I hope the ticks are even worse than today!

Mid 20s for highs, mid teens for lows,, still more moisture than I'd like, but... they have been sitting outside for 6-8 hours a day, then under the lights for 10 hours. The clones have been out for 10 days, 4 are doing well,, 2 are in a spot that is holding too much moisture
