List of Things to Fix or Look At

If no one else had mentioned it and traffic is down I am no longer accessing vendor forums. Firstly was the join requirements but even after joining the navigation is non operable. No site buttons inside threads that I can see. Forced to use browser to go back and then everything remains unread. Frustrating to the point of non useable for me. If it’s a design feature that’s best for the site then I guess I’ll just move along. Appears to this casual observer that traffic is way down. Also experience the same server lag. Thought maybe I was on punishment for speaking my mind. Guess I’m not the only one.

like @pop22 I don’t like to be tracked ( although i know it’s happening either way) but the consent so that it can be monetized on this type of forum I would think would dissuade many from participating or joining. Clearly there is a necessary balance between freedom and monetization required for the site to survive. But it needs to be a tight rope walk I’m sure. Hope it works out.

Hey Mach, I know I responded via PM but for everyone else, yes we are planning on extending giveaways/raffles to Canada and Europe! We're testing out the new raffle software for bugs and to work out the kinks/quirks, but if it all goes off well we'll look into getting some goodies bags/boxes to some of our staff members to redistribute for us (otherwise shipping across the border starts to get real expensive.)

SoH must have fixed this, haven't seen the nag screen today

Hey that's great news! I didn't actually do anything on our end, I wonder if your settings in your account just took a minute to register. I -do- have another fix to try though if it does pop back up for you (I researched the issue and someone on a totally different forum said one of their members had the very same complaint lol, so there were a few options given and it sounded like they worked for the users/forum it was on.) Just let me know brother.

I've told you numerous times that we're working on addressing these issues. You seemingly are refusing to accept that answer. I get it, you don't like the changes on the forum. Either give us adequate time to fix them, or refrain from posting about the same issues and claiming victim because at some point in time it starts to come across as trolling Frenjamin.
 
I don't know if already mentioned or not... but when I click thumbnail (little picture) to maximise it, I get new open tab and error message.
 
Completed journal are not showing up or the tags are missing.

THe push notification? Okay, let me get some coffee going and I'll try my 2nd fix.

As to the site lag, @wwwillie and I are looking into it and we're getting a support ticket into the host; we're narrowing down what's causing the issue but not 100% on the why yet. But making progress (and it's duly noted, and yes it's annoying for us too lol.)
