New Grower lighting time?

i have hear so many things im confused now i hear with autoflower go 20-4 with the lights then i hear its better to go 16-8 to save power >< now i see a video from autoflower breeders saying to go 12-12 so you dont get as many leafs this will be my first grow im starting off with

i have a 400 hps for them and roots organic soil all the goodies im sure i wont have a problem growing them ... i hope i would really like to get the lights timer set right

you could do either 18/6 20/4 24/0 some people start of with 24/0 then change to 18/6 after a few weeks... I personal leave mine on 18/6 from start to finesh Si

You can do up to 24 hours of lights with no issues. I got 3 different strains of Autos going. All on 24 hour lights

I go 24/0 till they sex, then I transplant and drop the lights to 20/4. IMO they enjoy a bit of rest every day.

I am new to this forum and fairly new to growing Autos. I have researched your question so much I cant see any more! I am at day 24 and have been going 18/6. So far the growth seems to be great and all 4 of my babies have flowered.
