New Grower Light In Drying Room???

Good evening AfN
I just try to prepare my drying room..
So I wonder is total absence of light ok or we need some light for drying. As we mentioned here direct light affects degrades ~THC so what if I dry them in a dark room with only a soft 20wattts bulb to switch on only when I go in to see how the buds are going?

Light degrades THC, etc. Using a light to check on things won't hurt, just don't leave a light on all the time

I've storded some in a canning jar in the fridge but usually the jars stay in a dresser drawer. Had some White Widow stored that way for 6 months. It lost some color but smoked fine. I use 59% Boveda in my jars.

What is this long term storage you speak of?

I've never been able to save a stash long enough to find a good way to do it lol.

Never heard of this stuff before but finding out about it I see I might be able to order that stuff. Man I feel like I am living in a third world country at times.

Mason Jar, dresser drawer....you might find smaller jars better because your not opening a jar with an OZ in it 30 or so times before it's empty. I have an 8ball kush harvested April 2014 that is as nice today as it was 9 months ago.
