I don't understand what you mean.are you saying anything over 7500 lumens is useless? Never heard that before,and not sure how factual it is.

the earth at peak recieves 10k+ in lumens with a higher par watt
7.5 k was quoted by ed for a sativa variety in his old book in the late 80's off memory, he has since increased his recommendations by a fair bit
that aside a grow room using hydroponics and co2 injection should be able to utilise more light than this thus the reason i put depending on strain and set-up next to my figure
