New Grower Light and time for autos?

i have extra room in my flower and just flipped 12 hours a day has anyone grown autos with just 12 hrs lighting just trying to get the most out of room power and co2 thanks for all feed back

Patience is a virtue. Not every members ready to explode into every single post the second it is made jtsmoker.

Autos begin to flower regardless of what light cycle there on. So they can be grown under most Light schedules. The faverates for many growers seem to be 20/4 18/6 16/8.

With that being said I'm pretty sure over time I've come across autos grown under 12/12 lighting. Sadly I cannot confirm nor deny IF 12/12 lighting will effect the overall harvest of the plant. So you can patiently await more replies when other get the TIME to answer your question. Or you can go out on a wim an try an auto under 12/12 an see for yourself what the ending harvest is.

Did some Autos under 12/12 first of all they needed Ages to finish(average 120+ Days) and were not really that Big and Good Yielders from what i expirienced from 20/4 or 24/0. In my Eyes if You want to run 12/12 cycle stay at Photoperios they might have a better outcome than the Autos.

Personally I would of stuck to a single auto to see how it went. Instead of dropping all eggs into the basket.

I've only ever used 18/6 cycle for autos but for my first diary on here I'm doing 20/4 to see how it works out.

jtsmoker , Look at the grows by the senior growers and see the yields they are getting and you will find none are at a 12 /12 , I started on 18/6 but I am now on 20/4 , for me this is the one I like , Yes you can do 12/12 , but your yield will be small , I tried it when I had some photos growing and for me it was a waste of time . But give it a go you may be happy with what you yield .

thats what I have going on thanks for the feed back is photos going in my big room and add some autos to the mix with 2 1000 watt DE HPS at 12 hr a day i have a tent with a 8 bulb 4 ft I think I will move them from grow room to tent daily looks like I made hard work for myself but i learned not to run auto at 12 hr thanks Cookie Monster I did autos outside last year super small then I did them in door 24 on it was great hopping for a rerun of last time
