Ducting and clamps (whatever length you need, as long as it's 4 inches or 10cm to fit the fan) https://www.onestopgrowshop.co.uk/f...ers-and-air-control-ducting-and-fittings.html

425 pounds in total, and all you would need is ducting, timer, pots, trays, oscillating fan and pH meter, those are cheap so you can stay under 500 pounds. Then you would only need soil, nutrients and seeds, and you're good to go.

Btw i'm not from UK so these are just the first websites i found, you might even look for the same products for a lower price. But all of this is high quality. The Lumatek and AC Infinity are top notch. The link i posted has a really good price for a Lumatek PRO version, usually that price is for the non-pro version.

Buy the best light you can afford because it is the most important part of an indoor grow.

Check out the Bruce Bugbee videos on cannabis lighting before you buy.

Gotta say here that DIY grows pretty nice weed, and when I put my screw in led lights together, the total price was a lot less than $1Cdn per watt out of the wall. High end efficiency only helps if you don't need the heat in your tent/'drobe, but I need additional heat anyway, so all I care about is getting the needed ppfd.

Do the arithmetic as well as study the science - if you are into a bit of electrical DIY.
