Outdoor Let the games begin : Season 4 DP, Dinafem, Sweet, Delicious

Good luck on your new Crystal Candy. I just pulled 2 Alien crosses that I made. They stunted after the fifth day, and just stayed there for a week. They could have made it to harvest, but with a diminished yield. Like you said, autos are more difficult to work with, just due to their strict time table. I have been so busy the past 2 weeks that I completely missed the humidity issue that was having. I threw up a new little starter cabinet, and forgot all about keeping the moisture up in there. I threw a hygrometer in there today, and it was a 44% humidity reading. I put a small humidifier in there on a timer set for 15 minutes every 2 hours. I will tweak it from there. I would also like to check out that humidity discussion that @Dudeski mentioned. Always looking to learn something :peace:

I would feel like i am in the tropics with 44%....winter RH is insane here with 10-20% being standard.

Wow, I see your issue. I have never had to deal with humidity that low. I try to keep it around 60 during veg, so 44 freaked me out. When I am not working so much, I just do your method of spraying everything down 3 times a day by hand. The less automated, the more I enjoy the grow.

Many thanks to everyone for walking me through my first ever harvest of any living thing!

Planted on Valentines Day 2018 and Harvested on 4/20 2018. Should be symbolic enough for a first ever grow?

Excellent job...really bud!! For your first, that is really solid!! There has got to be 2oz hanging there...maybe 3? I shouldn't say anything though really....because sometimes it dries well, and sometimes they shrink down to next to nothing...all comes down to density!! Great haul bud!! One thing is for sure...there is lots of toke hanging!!

Twas listening to Frank Marino (vastly underrated Canadian guitarist) today while dissembling me old hoop house

Fantastic Voodoo Chile cover.

What's up StickMan? I think I remember that you asked how long the Critical Sensi Star flowered, and if I had pics. I think that it was you. I so am tired, brother. I could be wrong. And I have to get up early to get in on the first wave of Mephisto 4/20 patrons. I harvested CSS at exactly 8 weeks (56 days). I could have harvested at 49 days, but just waited for a little more amber to kick in. I run hps and led. The addition of the led lighting has shortened my harvest times, and usually puts me in a little earlier than the breeders projected flower period. I have never documented a whole grow, but I do take a couple pics of my favs.

I tried to rise it up via hanging wet rags, but effect was minimal...i was rather surprised to see few problems until now...have to go back to spraying down the space a few times daily from this run on. I agree with you man...I like the challenge...its what keeps it fresh!!
