Outdoor Let the games begin : Season 4 DP, Dinafem, Sweet, Delicious

@Vlad The Inhaler @Maria Sanchez can tell you how challenging it is in their own respective climates to grow.
+ @Growtogrow

Yeah... tell me about it. At least I'm out of the jungle and mountains now....
Can't really recommend any particularly good strains for the wet.
They all got hit in some way or another. I'm still searching.....
Try something at least equal indica-sativa, or pref sativa dominant.
Something with a bit of height and stretch to her.
Don't be fooled by the lovely indica pics of massive solid buds.
They are mostly perfect environs for mold once it rains / mists / fogs.
But also something that finishes fairly early, too.
That's the challenge -- a fast sativa.

I haven't tried these, but have been doing some research:
C99 from Female Seeds -- lots of reviews outdoors say it's quite mold free.
Or also Outdoor C99 or (Outdoor) Grapefruit also from Female Seeds.
There are a very other Jack Herer versions / hybrids that have a good rep, too.
Durban Poison -- maybe from DP or elsewhere. A very fast Sativa.
Green Poison -- from Sweet Seeds. Ideally, the Fast Version.
For what it's worth -- haven't tried them, just done a lot of reading....

Hi... Maria....
Thank you....

I've have ran the jack herer many times and the green poison both inside..
I wish I could let the girls grow tall and some what wild. I love big natural looking plant.
I live in town [emoji24]so I have to grow low profile.

I will be starting a new outdoor thread very soon.[emoji89][emoji90][emoji482]

Some of my worst fears had been met it's surgery for real I'll be down for 4 months. It will be fall before I'll be able to do anything so I guess I'm going to be okay for salmon fishing yay[emoji1][emoji482]

So I grew out the green poison once so far....and amongst the 8 strains it was the worst of the lot for mold. Even despite the loss of many/most of the main colas I still highly recommend due to a great toke, and a solid yield even with many of the main colas tossed to mold.....awesome toke, but if you live in mold country then be careful!!! Duban POison (again only a single one grown so far) is excellent for mold resistance.

Alrighty!! So sure enough my instincts have treated me right, 8 of 8 have popped their shells this morning!! Let the games begin.....Day 1 pics as soon as i see them busting through the soils surface....tomorrow maybe one or two will show...day after that most will be up!!

I would never grow a natural wild untrained/untopped plant again....pull wayyyyyyyyyy less than a properly trained plant.

Damn bud!! Sorry to hear that my friend!!! Crossing fingers it works out perfect and there is no complications.

Just because....here is a couple of pics of two of the strains I am rerunning....the Blue Widow and the Widowbomb from the partial sun garden...light is very limited and we only get 8 hours of sun which tapers down to less than 6 by harvest...yields certainly reflect that fact, and generally 6-10oz per plant is a standard haul.

Dinafem Blue Widow - the silver top rail of the fence visible on the left in 4 feet in height. Blue widow would be a monster of a pant in full sun!! This particular location gets the worst sun of the entire garden

I like the way she looks. Especially for the low light it would do really well I guess in the Sunny spot[emoji268]
