Hi guys just a quick question my seedlings are a little leggy they are around 7cm tall and when I was moving pot around one started bending a little.

Just wondering would be beneficial to topup with soil to the rim of pot to give more support?

When I moved the rootit cube to the final pot I buried the stem deep and they still stretched Im guessing it’s because the seed shell got stuck on both and I had to pull off both seedlings.

I had them a little too far from the light also I think which is a t5 sunblaster nano i now have just 5cm away from seedling where before it was double this. Also on temp do the seedlings like the same temp as an older plant say in the 70-80 Fahrenheit range?

Had the same issue just now. Yes you can add some more soil around it. Mine is way taller than yours haha and also had the seed stuck on the shell. Spray it an dkeeping it moist made it fall off without any intervention by my hands. Since it has been under the light now it has responded very well.

Next time lower the light and put a propagation dome over it so you can get your light really low and it turn eliminate the possibility of stressing the seedling.
