Leaves curling up - have I overwatered?

Mine some times do that from light stress. What type and how far are your lights from the plant ?

I'll tell you what though - I was rummaging around on YouTube for how to do circular LST (last time was just chaos lol) & I saw a fair few plants with similar probs!
