Indoor large fan leaves

im learning pruning I guess.
I started af seed plus free seeds. so im not sure if there all auto.
my first question is these plants have had huge fan leaves from start. plants are 1-1/2ft. tall now and I think I should clip those huge fan leaves. your thoughts?
one plant had these huge leaves then turned into skinny sativa leaf after that.
any other pruning type info is needed. thanks

Pics. Are the branches showing at the nodes of those leaves? If the branches are at least an inch long you can remove the coresponding leaf.

I normally give a slight tug of the leaf between my index finger and middle finger. If it comes off fine, if not, I leave alone.

Unless there yellow or covering bud sites and you can;t move them out of the way you can remove them otherwise it's best to leave them alone.

the extra large leafs are the first grow leafs,there huge and now the plants are getting 2ft. tall and these leaves im asking about are big enough to cover the rest of the plant. so I thought maybe they need clipped. the stem of these have nods and normal stem growing just above the stem of these huge leaves. these huge leaves make it look like indica plant. but the one turned into skinny sativa leaf. I have three really quick budding ones obviousely auto. the others are free seed probly old school plant not auto im quessing.
my pictures never help on here.camera not good.
this looks new to me these huge starter leaves. I will try leaving them alone. thanks
is there any basic rules I can learn about what to clip on different grows these seeds give me? my lights are 20hr. on.
