Sweet Seeds Kya grows Sweet Gelato Auto

Here's the seeds from my second round selection, these are bigger, maybe healthier than the first round, can't wait to run these back.

I had a thought today that smaller seeds with slightly weaker shells might germ more easily. It might not take as much energy for them to burst free from their shell. The bigger stronger shelled ones might survive longer over time, these are just guesses or ideas.

I inherited a Da Buddah Vape, the gelato was already tasty, the vape really takes bud to a new platform. The gelato has a nice well rounded high and sweet taste like a water ice. None of the plants i grew fox tailed nor anything else I would be concerned about. I would grow again to look at more of the sherbet phenos.

i vaped off the little lemon pheno and it was quite tasty, got my heart racing in a nice way and sent me into some serious munchies. Another hybrid somewhere around 50/50

I'm not going to lie, I liked the sweet gelato so much I have both the crosses I made growing now. Should have 3 females of the blue bud cross and 5 or 6 of the girl scout cookie cross.

My focus will be on a completely different cross, sour mellon mass x girl scout cookie but i'm not sure how easy it will be to find what i'm looking for. My intuition says the gelato is going to be easier to select from. I have twice as many of the sour mellon mass x gsc in order to find the ones with the best nug structure since the damn sour mellon mass fox tailed on me. It was super dense, fox tailed off not as stringy as they usually are, actually a dense fox tail, into a small ball and chain looking nug hanging off the actual nug, then if that wasn't enough the cola molded, so i'm hoping i can find something better. Maybe I could have harvested before the fox tails formed if I wasn't waiting for my seeds to finish.

Two males so far from the girl scout cookie cross. I like this one. This is from the second sweet gelato I grew, i posted a photo of the seeds.

The rest are about this stage, although these are the youngest, from the blue bud cross. These were from the first sweet gelato.

I've burned through all of my sweet gelato buds, the stuff was really tasty. I've got it in edibles now from the spent vape material I saved and I have some nice nug pictures for the monthly photo contest if and when it comes back to afn.

Smoking on the black berry cross now, thinking about the male I used, the black berry is my first window into how my male selection is playing out, he seems very stable so i'm happy.

I'm going to finish growing the last of the sour mellon mass seeds I just made, I'll try to get a nice direct sow going. My plants are pretty small from transplanting, some of the more eager plants have shown as males and been culled. The shared pots I have need to have the males culled before they trigger each other into flower. Growing reg seeds is fun.
