Holy budsites on that HBSS Pops!! All looking yummy!

I hear ya dcat, that one's by far by far my worst example I've grown yet lol.
---
Update! They're actually looking less awful lately, I noticed the past couple inspections that they were more cheerful. It's probably the couple weeks on bottled water, plus temps are finally under 100F. (it seriously peaked at 112°F last week lol!). I might come out with a couple more plants of medical grade than I thought. A few are still definitely going into oil still though.

KindSoil side:
This one is still Bob Saget lol (that's a Tourettes Guy from YouTube reference if you're wondering wtf lol). I'm just waiting for the pain to end haha.

The Blackberry Stone has been flopped over against the wall the past few days, it's not like it's a giant tree or anything, just didn't make enough stalk. So it's awkwardly staked up now. The bud is starting to look beautiful too!

Tombstones picking up the pace now, I think they're on track for good medicine!

+ the solo pot Tombstone especially shaping up fine:

My soil side improved a bit, finally getting some trichomes on the Sweet Seeds, although the defs are still going to greatly impact yields. I've been brewing up AACT+Myco teas to innoculate my new soil that is cooking, and my side plants will get the next tea. So far they've still just been fed a few times, otherwise just water, so I expect they'll really respond to a tea!

The Cream Mandarine XL is slightly improved, a wee bit more mass and finally making trichs, still might not be smoke grade:

Red Poison is noticeably improved, good ol Red P colors setting in, trichs finally, slightly more mass but still way low for her size:

Blackberry Stone lone star is also improved, not winning any medals lol but finally might be headed for medicinal grade! Smells are off the hook on this one, it wouldn't look it, but it's very strong of grape drank scents hehe!

The trio Blackberry Stones are very slightly better, but still didn't handle the struggle very well together. Might get a few grams from the lot, still as of yet might be heading for the crock pot hehe! :p

There we are for now, spirits are up a bit. It may not be total disaster I thought it was heading for lol.

What's up to all. My Ole buddy briman says you fellas are in need of a KS plant comp???

@Ripper can you do me a favor and fill me in on who all will be participating. Then I'll set up a thread in the autoflower comp area and I'll get the final pics from every one and set up a photo poll. Then we'll let the community vote for 1 week to decide the winner of the kind soil test team grow battle....

Introduction:

Hello Kind Soil test team and friends im excited im finally starting the Kind Soil photo period test.

First of all, I would like to give a big shout out to @Kind Soil for allowing all of us the opportunity to test their fine organic medium. Since Kind Soil is the chosen media for this test I will be testing it against my own organic soil recipe. 3 pots containing my organic recipe fed using Bio-Bizz nutrients and the other 3 using Kind Soil, fed plain water the whole way through to harvest.

The seeds for this test round have been graciously donated by Bomb Seeds. 3 different strains have been selected and I will grow 2 of each making 6 plants in total. Each strain will be planted into both of mediums to see how they will perform against each other. The seeds will be sown directly into their final pots where the plants will remain throughout the entire grow. For more on this the Bomb Seeds test thread please click here.

Throughout this entire grow the plants will be started, vegged and flowered under one Spectrum King 400 Plus LED. No other additional lighting of any sort will be included. Hopefully we get to see this huge and hefty light push out some dense and heavy harvests. For more information on the Spectrum King test please click here.

Week: 0 - Day: 0

First of all the seeds were left out in their own packaging to acclimatize to the environment temperatures of 24C. Then 3 cups were filled with water that had been bubbling for 48 hours or more at around 22C.

Next each strain was carefully placed into the correct cup of water and allowed to sit for 12 hours or so.

After about 12 hours of soaking in water at a Temperature 22C, most of the seeds had sunk to the bottom of the cups. Next its was time to plant each seed.

Before planting, labels were made so that each pot can be easily identifiable. Afterwards the labels were correctly placed onto each pot.

Every seed was then carefully planted into their correctly allocated pots.

Then firmly but gently covered over using the medium inside the pots.

The medium was then misted lightly using plain bubbled non PH'd water and the LED was finally turned on.

In about 3 days from now the seedling should appear.
