@the green bandit I was just reading that you Aussies have a very distinct sourdough biome found only there. The other 349 sourdoughs in the collection from around the world have very similar biome colonies.

Unfortunately I don't smell strawberry, more of an earthy. over ripe fruit aroma!

Does
have the flavour of strawberry? I've never tasted any of the fruit named varieties.

That's pretty interesting MoG, speaking of sourdough starter I think I killed ours....I'm in the process of getting a new one going before the Mrs gets home, hopefully she'll never know or I won't hear the end of it....
