Hydration..absolutely!!!! HOT on beach yesterday. Kept preaching to my kids “drink water” as I was drinking ice cold beer. They did great!!! Not me though. I’ve sucked down what feels like a gallon of water this morning!!

They’re starting to get up. About to walk down to jetty and watch big ships come into port.
