This will be an ongoing thread for my current grows and setups. As things change in my tent I will try to update them here. My current setup: 48"X 48"X 80" Apollo horticulture tent.
600w Ipower ballast, 23x8x17 air cooled hood w/ MH and HP bulbs.
Ventec 6" 440cfm fan w/virgin charcoal filter
2-6" clip fans
2- computer fans
4- 5 gallon fabric pots
Fox farm Happy Frog soil for base medium
5lbs of kind soil per pot.
My first grow was in a tiny space no bigger than 18"x22"x40" with 8 23w cfls.
Barneys Pineapple Express autoflower
Yielded about 2.5 ounces using a 2.5 gallon pot with
OF soil and the fox farm trio. I ran into a few speed bumps with temps humidity and nutrients but I learned a lot especially in the LST department.
So now onto my current and 2nd official grow. I have 2 seedsman white widow autos. 1 Barneys Pineapple Express auto. And 1 (free seed) royal queens seeds Quick one in the tent getting nothing but regular non-ph'd water that has been left to sit a minimum of 24 hours. I used 5lbs of kind soil in the bottom of each pot (5 gallon fabric pots) and filled the rest of the way withHF soil. Other than water and being extremely anal about the temps and humidity, I'm doing as much LST as I can to see what these genetics combined with kind soil can do.
