Indoor Jean-O's Genetics Autoflower seed Run Finish

I had my interview with Banner and Grambo from the DGC yesterday. I spent a little over an hour BSing with them sadly my internet was kind of crappy so the interview is audio only but hopefully that will be on there youtube channel here soon. I talked up AFN quite a bit so hopefully that might bring a few more people over to the site here.

One of the new Cream Cheeze F1Fv crosses is showing some full auto traits. It was going to be my outdoor tester plant for the strain but now I'm thinking I might have to keep it inside and hit it again with more auto pollen and get my first full photo to auto conversion. I thought that the Sweet Seeds Zkittlez already possibly had ruderallis in its lineage after the one I ran last year finished flowering late July! The second Cream Cheeze F1Fv is still not showing pre flower so that one may possibly end up outdoors for testing

Some photoperiods going for the next indoor breeding run and some for this year's outdoor fun in the sun. A few of them got a bit hungry before I was able to get them up potted but meh things happen and we move forward! They should bounce back quickly.

The next photo breeding run is well into veg and so is this year's outdoor trees! I'm looking forward to this year's OD season! I've been having a lot of fun with these indoor breeding runs as well. I've got so many interstate crosses I could easily spend a lifetime pheno hunting amazing cultivars and more than likely will!

Still with passion and excitement. Glad to hear it. Your work has been phenomenal and I just organized my seed stash. I have more of your strains than any one elses and I heard you are having a 4/20 sale?

So tell me, on the RBF between the S2, S3, and F4.... I slightly understand the naming conventions but what is the difference I could tell between them and if you recommend one over the other?

So with the progeny labeling you will find more phenotype stability with the odd numbers with the F1, F3, F5 and more variation with the even numbers F2, F4 even later into the breeding program like F6. It's the opposite for selfing the even numbers will show more consistent phenotypes. I wouldn't expect there to be much difference at all in the phenotypes with the RBF between the S2, S3, or F4. I don't know how well the line had been worked before I got my hands on it and started to self it. I haven't noticed much phenotype variations with the aroma or flavor but the duration of the life cycles have varied a bit and plant structure has a bit of variation with the S2 progeny. I expect the S3 line to have the most consistent phenotypes as far as life cycle and size. The F4s I used the quicker smaller pheno and crossed to a bigger more terp rich phenotype that had a bit longer life cycle. My personal preference led to me like the bigger longer running pheno that I made the F4 beans with a bit more because the terp profile was just a tiny bit better and the effects hit just a bit better but honestly there was very little difference.

Strawberry Cough x ChemDawg photoperiod 21 days from seed in veg. 5 gallon fabric pot pre mixed with Dr Earth Tomato and garden and Bloom Booster at a 50/50 mixture along with Epson salt, Extreme Gardening Mykoes, and earth worm castings in a 50/50 blend of pro mix and coco Coir. I think I'll be flipping this breeding run to flower in about 2 weeks . I am really digging the plant structure on this one. It kind of looks like some old Death Star I grew a long time ago.
