Indoor jb_moviefan: Sweet Seeds - Dark Devil

This was the most popular strain for Sweet Seeds that I grew. Everyone loves the purple color and fruity flavor. I wish it yielded a bit better with 2 of my girls giving 3-4 oz each, and one blowing up at 5oz with super dark purple buds and earthy tones. This next round looks a bit bigger, though it has the same great color and structure.

From seed 12/17.

From Seed 11/19. This is one of only 2 plants that I consider successfully transplanted from solo cup to final pot. It's still finishing athe the same time as the one started a week sooner.

From seed 11/13. In flush and coming down a week from Monday. Probably could have started the flush sooner, but I went to overdrive late and wanted to give her a full 2 weeks. I'm noticing a few new pops of growth that aren't exactly pretty.

I took down the 1st round at 11wks from seed. This go around I'm taking one down at 11 and one at 12 weeks from seed. The one coming down at 11 looks better, less bulbous growth and more frost. And yes, every DD has gone purple to varied degrees.

Picture update. The 1st is a small girl with wrinkly leaves that stretched a ton, but is finishing in 10 weeks.

There are 2 different flavors that I've found with this strain. The lighter purple plants get a fruity and skunky smell and flavor, really the definition of "purple" in weed flavor. The one girl I had that went so purple she was almost black was very earthy and a little spicy, honestly no all that great, but the color had it gone in a week. Hope for the lighter purple, which seems to be the dominant pheno, as I only had 1 of 7 go dark purple so far.
