Indoor Jay does Blue Mystic COB coco grow with Biotabs

@Sensi Jay

How far are you keeping the cob from the girls?

I have noticed at normal led distance, they seem to cause light stress that appears like a heat curl, and i have too hang them much higher above.

It's about 18" though the main cola is closer to 12". I'm seeing a few rust spots but I put this down to maxing the organic 'nutes' as I've also got leaf tip burns. this is after only 3 pk booster teas, no more till harvest now.

BM mk3 coming along nicely on day 11:

One of the new leaf has a strange deformity but growth wise it's on point.

And I am in love :woody:with the main top on mk1 just looks as canna should, on day 59:

Critical - Day 58

Starting to really bud up, quite an open structure and buds not too big, upside is shouldn't lose any to mold, not much odour unless rubbed:

Hoping she fills out but I'm not expecting much. Least none lost to mold.. what there is of her. No obvious odour from her either, must've struck it lucky with these two I terms of that. They got few weeks left at least, guerrilla tabs seem to be doing trick both lush, green and perky.

Found out ma's backyard is ideal spot as it's nouth facing so garden gets 12 odd hours light, can see sun arc from east to west, sweet.:smoking:

Will run a few more next year, as they just blend into the general vegetation she got going on. I'll probably find a right stinker.

Have a great weekend all!:hookah::pighug::smokeout:

Looking good Jay. Have you done autos outdoors before mate? Ya see I always find they don't yield very well under our crappy sun. The smoke's alright but the buds never seem to fill out properly.

Do ya reckon Ma would mind a 9foot photoperiod plant or four next year? [emoji38]

No mate, first outdoors of any kind, went with autos as they'd finish before the shit weather arrives, will be tempted to go photo next yr judging by what u got going on, but won't the dreaded mold bite with it not finishing till Oct?

I'm more worried about that then yield not being great, but yep there's scope for a few more for sure, so next yr will be more on it. Even if I get just two zips off these it's all a bonus.

Yeah mate, mold is the worst enemy. It's a question of picking a strain that flowers fast and has good mold resistance, also keeping an eye on the weather and just pushing them as far as you can.

We don't get too much rot tho bud, it's outdoors so the air circulates as well as possible and it's cold as fuck too in October and the rot prefers the warm which is what fucks the greenhouse crew.

Also.. bud rot stop. Spray 'em with that. [emoji1360]

BM mk1 - Day 64

Buds ahoy now me hearties, she still showing a lot of clear trichs and hasn't started tapping into the fans yet, so still a couple of weeks left IMO

COB washes out the frost a bit, tried to capture it on this pic

Still not a real odour, and deffo not obvious canna.

BM mk3 - Day 16

Think this could be a stinky one mind, already got a slight OG minty whiff, might not be able to continue with this one, the room the tents in is a box room and shutting the door prevents odour spread at mo...or invest in a small silent extractor fan, just gets silly when I already got a 6"rvk and an 8" vent axia at the fam's, plus 2 variac controllers.

In terms of nutes, NOTHING has been added since the last pk tea I bottom fed over 2 weeks ago. Mk1 is showing tip burn, and mk3 seems happy enough, going with the less is more approach.

Have a great eve all :pighug::smokeout:
