Hey stoners — just harvested my first plant and I’m in the thick of it. Trimming. I thought I knew what I was doing with this part anyway. I’ve been at it for hours and my head is swimming. Am I looking to remove all the leaves or what?

They are easier to pluck and less disturbance of the resin glands if you leave the plant standing in the pot to do the sticky work. I only pluck the fans like that but some people manicure the whole plant that way.

I will chop that shit up for ya, 2-3lbs a day dry, I think I did like 15-18lbs wet the other day for live resin production.

Dry trimmings the worst...I would rather nail my nut sack to the bench than dry trim again!!

Crank up the tunes and dab some more shatter it gets easier when you lose your thought and basically meditate, at least for me. But I have also watched a dude trim 5lbs in a day like it was nothing, but medical is way more loose than recreational around here, so they can be sloppy. I'm a damned perfectionist.

Most of the time. When your boss rolls out a Rubbermaid 50gal tote full of nugs the size of your hand, it's a bit easier to get excited about chopping shit up. Especially when he says here hit this shatter like 3 times before you start, and then I will go make some more for lunch. That's what working with weed is all about ha ha ha
