I live ina poor neighborhood. They come around once or twice a year blasting their loudspeaker, describing the suspect, telling us to put animals indoors. One time, I heard the loudspeaker saying, “It is illegal to fly a kite within 5 miles of an airport! Pull down that kite! Pull it down right now!” Yeah, I guess they couldn’t just send a car for that.
