Glad your sorted pal,,,

I still playing catch up , it don't help when I've had 6 bigger sized pot plants not auto,,

Going to get a couple auto pots and do some normal sized plants ,, I love the small pots but they don't fill the jars :smoking:

Do you carry pepper spray when you go into the woods perchance you come accross a bear ?

:pass:
I don't, but I do make noise if I'm where they might be. No bells though they like those:rofl:

Montana Grizzly Bear Notice:

In light of the rising frequency of human/grizzly bear
conflicts, the Montana Department of Fish and Game
is advising hikers, hunters, and fishermen to take extra
precautions and keep alert for bears while in the field.
We advise that outdoorsmen wear noisy little bells on
their clothing so as not to startle the bears that aren't
expecting them. We also advise outdoorsmen to carry
pepper spray with them in case of an encounter with a
bear.

It is also a good idea to watch out for fresh signs of bear
activity. Outdoorsmen should recognize the difference
between black bear and grizzly bear poop. Black bear poop
is smaller and contains a lot of berry seeds and squirrel fur.
Grizzly bear poop has little bells in it and smells like pepper
spray.

Oh and yep this year my goal is to get the same amount from fewer plants in bigger pots:thumbsup:

One of the pitfalls of relying on PPM as a metric is that its not measuring individual components. As you know, the plants take up different nutrients at different rates depending on the growth stage, etc. You could very well be underfeeding/overfeeding one component and still see a reasonable PPM.

Took me a year to finally stop relying on that for much and just go with how the plant looks. Not sure how effective that is by comparison, but it seems like a better way to identify whats going on. About all I check the nutrient solution for these days is pH.
Totally agree, to not relying on ppms only, it's more a feeling I have mixed with the courses of events and the stages of growth my plants is at , my parameters been ok , I was expecting a cal/mag problem to occur soon and had the cal/mag on schedule for feeding...was also getting the soil on target to receive my cal/mag without going too high in ph afterwards...

At one point in my life we had a choice between living on an island with brown bears and one with black bears. It actually figured heavily in the decision:smoking:
