IsitreadyIsitreadyIsitready!!?

Interesting, thanks. Does cold weather affect the final bud development? we've had cold nights, between 7 and 12 C and cool days for the last week. This is a balcony grow.

That cold weather has me wondering if I should just harvest or if I can go a little longer.

I actually want to leave one branch until it gets quite amber and then, um, experiment on the recipient of the grow to see how he feels about the different levels of development. My first harvest from this plant was earlier in development: partly cloudy, partly clear trichomes, no amber.
What did the bloke say to that? I think you need to ask the person smoking/ eating it. Otherwise I think it will always be guess work if your not consuming it. Keep up the good work.

Yeah that is too cold the plant will stop growing If you cannot bring it in or cover it to keep warmer at least 18°C at night. Harvest if you cannot get it warmer because cold and damp is our enemy!

Well, Just got home from work. Its 5am and a balmy 2 C. :yoinks: Tomorrow is not going to be any better. I brought both plants in before I left for work. Will probably cut when I get up.

Its done. I checked the weather forecast Wednesday, cold... cold... cold..., and decided this grow is over. They are now hanging in the closet at around 43% RH. This batch is drying much faster than the last.

Trimmed the second batch today. 12 gm per plant on the nose for both. That means one plant yielded 32g and the other 25ish g. The bud from this round is very fluffy.

Turns out one plant was, um, more than ready and gave me a little surprise. I double checked the bud from the other plant and only found two seeds in it, so the hermied plant must have produced very limited nanners. I did look for them every day, but somehow missed them. I shall posthumously name her Hermione.

This actually works out for me cuz my outdoor garden is winding down and I'm kinda bored. I have been wondering how to get my hands on some ultra cheap seeds to do some experimenting on. Muahahaha, Dr. Franken-bobthedog-stein has his test subjects now. Let the experiments begin. :jump:
