The damage on the leaves are unrelated to the bug you saw..

Thrips scrape the leaves leaving what looks like 'silvery' lines in the leaves.

Here are some better pics just to make sure please? Thank you for the quick reply

It does look like you have something chewing on them. But as already mentioned, thrips usually leave a silvery appearance behind on the leaves that I'm not seeing. I'd be freaking out though and grab a magnifying glass and find the lil bastards and take a pic. I f'ing hate bugs ! Look in the soil, under the leaves, everywhere. Sneak up on the lil buggers if you have to ! It's WAR.

When I did have trips they looked almost like a lil piece of dirt on the leaf under the magnifying glass. But I kept watching and I could see them wiggle ever so slowly.

The damage does sort of look like thrip damage minus the silver shine. I don't have a lot of experience with pests but I'm sure if you can get a pic someone will be able to help identify the lil buggers with you and help come up with a plan to get rid of the sob's. If it is in fact thrips it took me 3 weeks to get rid of mine. I used a combination of Safers end all and Doktor Doom thrip killer. I'm in Canada so my pest control options may be a little different than those in the U.S.

I will try my hardest to get a pic when I get home. I have neem oil and azamax I have seen a little flying bug a few times in the past couple weeks. Last night I seen one in the soil but it flew away before I could get it. Are thripes harvest ending if they get out of hand?

On my last run I had, what I believe to be, thripes.
They left poop and eggs on leafs..
Here some pics for comparison IMG_20200830_202158.jpgIMG_20200830_202143.jpgIMG_20200830_201944.jpg
