Hi guys the ph is usually around 5.8 5.9ish temp is 21c and i calibrate my ph meter every week with buffer 7 ichange the nutes every week in a clean bucket which has fresh nutes and 5.8 ph and temp of 21c i run a bubbler through the water for two days before to get some oxygen in there so the plant goes straight in the new bucket without much of a shock to its system the plant and its roots look really healthy but the plant looks really chunky i will make up a fresh set of nutes today and change over tommorrow and see what results from that ive had alot of experience growin photos in hydro and had some great results it goes to show that while growing cannabis there is always something new to learn and keep up our interest
DSCF0029.JPGDSCF0010.jpgthese pics are of the photos ive got goin at the moment theyre under a600 sodium in an IWS hydro system the bud is a blue cheese in my grow room the plants at the back are pineapple chunk and will be harvested tomorrow the others are cheese ive got some D.P. The Ultimate on the go in my veg room for a try out so if the TD dont work out least i wont be short of bud

That is some delish looking bud you got there! Wish I could give you some advice on the TD but I just started DWC myself, maybe the pheno is a short one, if you have the time and space grow it out and see what she does, she may still have some preflower strech left and then she just might explode!

Hi INH the buds on the previous pics are blue cheese and pineapple chunk photos the cheese looks like she has been sprinkled wth icing sugar they are being flushed right now and are for the chop end of next week as for the TD i'm gonaa give her all the time she needs and hope that she eventually decides to put out some gud bud she is so healthy and strong looking that i havent the heart to pull her now

DSCF0005.jpgDSCF0004.jpgDSCF0002.jpgDSCF0001.jpgOk these are the latest pics of my Think Different on day 39 shes still small 12in tall and 15 in diameter but the main stem is 1in dia and the side shoots are thicker than the pencil in the pic, the pegs next to the roots are 2.5 in long so it gives you an idea of how big the roots are the plant is really healthy with loads of side shoots and has only just started to flower over the last week i'm gonna start her on flower nutes next week to sea if it makes any difference to her growth. wish me luck with this one i'm hoping that she'll produce a fair amount of bud given how chunky she is , any ideas on how to proceed with this one would be gratefully received thanks guys Will

She really looks good but I wouldn't switch to bloom nutes until I was sure she was done stretching. You're just now getting to the point where growth is really gonna explode so give her N for a bit longer.:2cents:

Thanks for the tip JasL shes not due for a change of nutes till next tuesday so i'll keep an eye on her over the next week and see how her stretch goes

DSCF0026.jpgDSCF0021.jpgDSCF0016.jpgDSCF0024.jpgHi its now day 50 for my think different and shes just started to put out her first buds i think this is about 2 weeks behind seymour's grow i'm not sure of the cause of this as i've tried to replicate seymours grow the difference being the amount of light reaching the plant, ive got her under a prosource jumbo illuminator 180w led this has also reduced the size of the plant she's 45cm tall and 70 cm in diameter she has just been put onto canna aqua flores with some pk 13/14 rhizotonic calmag and carboloadlPH 5.8 and EC of 1.4 i don't think that i will be anywhere near harvesting this plant in the 70 - 80 days stated by dutch passion but i'm not bothered about how long it takes i just want this to be a success and get some bud out off her this is my seconed attempt at autoflowers and i hope that the harvest is good as i would like to convert to them completely and get away from photos.
the plants in the blue box are barneys farm blue cheese and are 12 days old i germinated them and used seymours grow technique to get them going as he explained in his new grow journal so if you'r reading this seymour many many thanks cos they are doing great with fantastic root system already
willtry an post again next week after her nute change
any tips or comments are hugely appreciated

DSCF0041.jpgDSCF0033.jpgDSCF0026.jpgHi tony these are the latest pics of my think different on day 65 she has been flowering for about 2 weeks now and she's 60cm tall and 80cm in dia she is so dense with leaf that i cant see into her she was quite slow in getting into flower i had the lights quite close in the early days ive heard since that this can slow down the flowering process and make them put on more veg growth which this girl has done shes crammed with leaf shes budding up pretty well and i am looking forward to see what results i get from this 180w illuminator as the light only runs 1 watt diodes

Hi will, it is not bad but not looking that great either. It *should* be looking perhaps a little bit better than that really given your set up. The plants does look a little 'flat'

DWC does give great results but I have seen experienced growers struggle to master it and revert back to soil. There are so many things to watch out for - res temps, res aeration, res levels (wants to be below the clay pebbles). make sure your tent temps are in the right range . And also make sure your ph/ec meters are calibrated and reading properly. Give it all a good check and lets hope it starts flourishing
