Hi everyone this td is 27 days old in dwc under a prosource 180w illuminator 5.8 ph 1.2ec canna aqua veg rhizotonic and carbo load not showing sex yet this is my second grow first was a total disaster so would really appreciate any comments good or bad on what you guys think the big leaves at the base are 6in long and 2 in thick the stem is like 1/2 in in dia and its got loads of side branches

Looks like the roots and plant look heathy. What strain is it? Looks a little short for 27days unless its a dwarf.

Appears healthy...TD...you mean THUNDER DRAGON? Looks kinda indie dom...
Have patience...watch it more than pet it...careful feeding...let us hear ya progress...green karma sent.
AND...welcom to AFN...

Hi guys thanks for the input its a dutch passion think different this is the first time ive grown anything under a prosource led so i was wondering if it was the light that was holding it back

Everything looks good. How far is your light from the top of the plant?

If you could cut that distance in half you would probably see faster growth. A 180w led by itself isn't that strong and you can go much closer than 16". Is it just the two plants?

That's alot of water you got in there bro your plants are getting overwatered.

Hi will, it is not bad but not looking that great either. It *should* be looking perhaps a little bit better than that really given your set up. The plants does look a little 'flat'

DWC does give great results but I have seen experienced growers struggle to master it and revert back to soil. There are so many things to watch out for - res temps, res aeration, res levels (wants to be below the clay pebbles). make sure your tent temps are in the right range . And also make sure your ph/ec meters are calibrated and reading properly. Give it all a good check and lets hope it starts flourishing

ive found with my own recent TD in DWC experimentation that at times one of the three plants (itshappened to all of them now) would stall for a few days. At that point i dumped the reservoirs and made up fresh nute solutions for them. Everytime the plant exploded with new growth the following days. your plants are looking very short still for the age. mine are at day 38 now and the biggest is approaching 3 feet tall. 10 days ago they were all at least 18 inches tall. What is the pH of your buckets? you might be encountering a lockout preventing your plants taking in the nutes and growing. Are they drinking water? When mine stalled the rate of water takeup dropped massively. You can really tell when these buckets are properly dialed in as growth speed (and feeding speed) becomes phenomenal.
