Indoor Is this pre-flowering?

Hey everyone. My Auto White Widow has been veggin for over 7 1/2weeks now. It seems like an eternity compared to my auto Easy Ryder who started flowering after 2 weeks, but I think there may be hope! Is the pic below signs of flowering? also can you induce the flowering process for autos? thanks!

Wow, that's a long time! I've heard of people inducing flowering with stubborn autos successfully by going 12/12. I don't remember where I read it though, sorry.
That looks like a girl to me.

Thanks Noods. Yea I've heard its a possibility to flip her to 12/12 and it'll kick start the flowering. Maybe I'll give it a shot. Will it stress the plant at all? its been used to 20/4 all its life from seed.

Those look like pre-flowers to me. After 71/2 weeks of veg and no flowers I'd most assuredly switch to a 12/12 schedule and it will not stress your plants. It looks like the auto pheno for your white widow did not quite make it, leaving you with a photo-period plant. The good news is after vegging for over 7 weeks you should get some monster buds.
