My vote is powdery mildew.. Try to wipe it off with a paper towel or something like that.. If it comes off, it's most likely powdery mildew. The only white spots on your leaves should be trichomes or cloudy trichomes.

Thanks for the help man. I tracked down the leaf in question, cut it off, and did a closer inspection. The whitish spot won't come off at all and I see absolutely nothing abnormal on the leaf with the naked eye. I did a thorough check of all the plants and see nothing else that would indicate PM or any other problem that I know of (which is limited). Do you have any other ideas what it might be or advice on what you would do in this situation?
