Is this a good feeding schedule for my Autos?? Just found this recent clip on you tube from DR. Autoflower. I have always used SENSI PH PEFECT, JUST A LOT LESS. This Kinda scares me. The top # this calls for is 4 ml. at the most. DAY 10-20, 4 ML. A+B PER GAL.---DAY 20-30, 5 ML. A+B PER GAL.--DAY 30-40-- 7 ML. PER GAL. A+B, 31/2 ML. BUD CANDY--DAY40-45- 8 ML. A+B--31/2 BUD CANDY--4 ML. OVERDRIVE--- DAY 45-60 --8 ML. A+B--31/2ML. BUD CANDY-- 4ML. OVERDRIVE--60-75 strait water-----seems like ALOT, it only calls for 4ml. Thanks

Regimen looks rather ordinary, not high dosages, well suited for autos.

At highest cited A/B dose, 8 mL/gallon, that's 2.11 grams/Liter, just slightly over 1/2 of company-recommended 4 grams/Liter. Are you presuming dosages cited in this regimen are grams/L, which definitely would be high?

Using the Connoisseur (why use the non-premium Sensi?) pH Perfect, I could only ever get to about 2.5 gram/L without tip and other 'burning.' I generally used 2.2-2.3 grams/L. I used the supplements at only ≤2 gram/L.

Thank you very much, I got my LITER+ GALS. MIXED UP, GRAMS really throw me! I will follow the above schedule. I will have plenty of more questions, this is the first time I have used a Scrogg net, plants are 21/2 weeks old now, last grow I purchased seeds from Mephisto, man they took off, I ran out of space between the top buds and light, I'm running the same 2 strains. Going to try the Scrogg net to control the height, I hope. Thanks again BII--------

For what it's worth, I just finished a CDLC in 5 gallon fabric pot with 70/30 coco/perlite. I used PH Perfect sensi A+B for coco @ 16 ML each per gallon (once a day) for the last 3 weeks of flower. Also used Overdrive @ 8 ML/gallon daily. No burn. Perhaps a waste of money? Don't know- it worked well for me. Used a drain to waste set-up. Primitive- Used a Floraflex Pot Pro platform on top of a Home Depot bucket. Had a drain tray on top of the platform with 4 holes drilled for drainage. I used the Sensi A+B as it was left over from some previous grows. 75 days, 4.5 ozs. I'll probably go back to living soil. It was fun, liked the results, but it does become tedious. Edit- I used both grow and bloom- the grow only at 8ml/day, bloom at 16ml.

I grow in Biobizz Light mix soil.
I use the Sensi Bloom part A+B only @ 1 - 1.5ml per litre
Use some Overdrive the last 2 weeks then. @ 2ml per litre

Yeah, sometimes I wonder if I'm getting anything extra at the 16ml bloom rate, or if I'm just flushing nutes down the toilet. Learning every day-it never stops. I've read several folks using this product just run at half rate through the flower phase. Understanding that DTW is going to be different than growing in soil, and that coco is probably more resilient to higher nutes due to the frequency of watering.

Haven't looked for years, but I presume the regimen you cite is pretty mainstream; closely matching the company's online guidance. Basically it's just using about 1/2 recommended dose, starting with seedlings at 1 g/L and going up to ≥2 g/L. Presuming you use good (RO or equivalent) water, needed for the pH Perfect part, you'll have room to add the usual supplements.

From what I've seen on AFN, it seems growers (those self-selecting to report their grows on AFN) often do rather well no matter what the feeding regimen, with growers reporting success with all kinds of media, nutrient/feeding regimens, under diverse environmental conditions, etc. But less frequently, there can also be wide variations (problems) using seemingly the exact some regimen and everything else.

So yes, you could see "success" by growing at say both a higher dosage vs. half of that. But which regimen (high or low dose) will result in a better outcome is uncertain, dependent on many variables, a topic for debate.
