Breeders grow in the Twilight Zone their clock has nothing to do with ours 
. I have had plants finish early by 10 days and as long as 6 weeks late! Your plants look like a couple of weeks or more still.
You should only start using molasses the last two weeks. When the plant is almost ripe she will direct All of the energy (carbohydrates) she makes to the buds. This means she stops sending carbs to the roots at night to feed the soil microbes. The microbes will then slow or stop producing the nutrients for the plant to uptake. This is when you want to feed the molasses to the microbes to stimulate them to keep making nutrients for the plant.
