My girls are at day 66(time of these pictures) since sprouting. Wanted to know if this yellowing is normal for this stage of their life or if it's a deficiency.

With your plant at 66 days, Yellowing of fan leaves typically occur when plant is finishing flower...all nitrogen is diverted to building buds.
Time to start watching trics.

There are many variables to your question. The answer depends on things like the soil/medium you are growing in, the feed schedule and dosage. From just an eyeball view, that looks more like a nitrogen deficiency than an end of life fade.. Fading happens when you stop feeding, or the soil is out of food and the plants start to feed on the food source stored in the leaves.

Growing in FFHF. Bubbled Ewc tea with molasses every 2-3 waterings and top dress with ewc
That could be a nitrogen lock out if the feeds are only ewc and teas.
