Hey BJ. The trichs look pretty light to me. Depends what you like. I would wait for the mods or someone more experienced than I to chime in. But, from what I've been told (and anyone please correct me if I am wrong) the white to milky give you a heady high... Mixture of milky and amber give you head and body... If you have the patience to wait til they are totally amber you will be rewarded with couch lock. So you see it's all up to your personal preference. Hope this help you. :smokebuds:

I myself harvest when trichs are 100% milky (I like the head hi) maybe upto 5% amber. It would be to see a pic of the whole plant bro to make a better call. Have any of the fans yellowed up yet?

They are looking close. All cloudy anyways!

Some plants don't get amber trichs. Use those pics as a reference point, a week, or a couple days from now take some new photos. If there is little change, I would say it's done.


WVR was correct. ambers give you that more lazy coutch locked feeling. Cloudy will give you a more energy/racey head type high..

That's why I had asked if any of the fans had turned yellow. Bailer's is rite, some auto don't amber up. A lot of the white photo's don't either.

LR2 is one of my very fav autos and the strain I used to document (meaning grew and smoked a LOT)...and graph my personal preferences..and to find a 'mean' and purpose for harvesting at a specific time.......I found I did not like the couch locky LR2 and much much prefered (just like Smashed)...plum cloudy....very few clear and even few amber.....LR2 for me usually went 63-65 days from seed....I love to watch the bud swell at the last....
As Bailer said, some autos don't amber......some do....but since I SET my goals on my predetermined preference, I never let any of mine get to amber, even if they're an auto that will...
From what I could tell with the small pic, your buds seem quite swollen!...
