Is this enough for flowering

I have a tent 100x100x200cm and this light with 3000K with far red+dimmer>https://www.ledgrowshop.eu/easyrow-diy-kits/easygrow-diy-kit-250w-with-far-red/

I also have 4 AutoCob 3500K from Cobshop # net. Should I add some more cob or will it be enough only if I use quantum board?

Let me add this...

Before I bought these cob and q.bord I had better end results when I used blurple 2x GN ms006 and 1x Mars reflector 96. How is this possible? These new lights do not heat the room and do not have IR and UV. I think that's the problem here?
I still have one working Grownorden ms006

That should be enough.
35 watts per sqft is a good rule of thumb to base how much light you will need.
I grow in a couple different 32x32” areas and have used only a 150 watt light and have had good success.
