Is This Bad Genetics?

Hi all,

Does this look like bad genetics to anyone? Currently on Day 12 of a Northern Lights Auto by CKS. The growth has been extremely slow, and new leaves appear to missing fingers:

Not very optimistic about this.

What medium? Nutes?
It could be a lot of things. I think we need more info

Medium: Fox Farm Happy Frog in 3gal fabric pots + 25% perlite
No nutes, just water. pH 6.5-7
Quantum board 135W LED light
Humidity: 65%
Temp: 25C

It was underwatered for the first few days as the soil was pretty dry when I planted them. I attributed the stunted growth to this so I started giving a it more water -- around 60mL a day for the past few days. It started showing some decent recovery but now the odd looking leaves are concerning me. Notice how the top leaf looks as if it's missing a finger on the right hand side.

My first thoughts are that your soil could be a little hot and how close are the lights?
I would stop watering so much. If they are in soil they need to dry out and you don't want to keep them wet constantly or it will lead to bad things.

I've had many, many seedlings with wrinkles and twists and they always grew out of it. Though your seedling looks a tad more severe, it will probably work itself out as well.

Lights are around 3 feet away. I try to keep them as far away as possible and use the dimmer on my lights. I have a cheap light meter and am aiming for around 10-15,000 lux for the seedlings. My last attempt of the same seeds went pretty well until I tried and failed training. This one is off to a very rocky start though.
