Is this a Cal/Mag def?

organic nutes ferment in hydro and go sour in 48 hours so you cant use them in the res, at the moment chemical nutes are better, if i had to use a organic hydro nutes id look at canna organic,
id probs not use organic compost in an autopot system it holds to much moisture and its not ideal enviroment for microlife

IMO the best combination in auto pots would be coir and perlite with a coir nute like canna coco nutes, i dont use these systems myself

If you were using bmo nutrients they'd be organic and would work for hydro. Have no experience with biobizz although I should probably try some because of everyone questioning it. Distilled white vinegar will work for ph down and baking soda for up. As many different things as you have wrong I'd definitely lean towards it being a ph issue. You've got all kinds of shit going on. Phosphorous and potassium that I can see of. Next pic turn the lights off and use the flash. A sick plant will show up more. Hope your pen gets there quick. If it were me and I didn't have a meter and was having this problem here's what I'd do. Go get some distilled water. That should be about 6.3 then I'd take about a half of a cap full of distilled white vinegar to the gallon. That ought to get ya a lot closer than you are.

good point.... acts like toxicity to me though... somethin buggin me about it like that... maybe just a ph lockout and unbalance causing a toxicity in 1 and def in the other? hmmmm

 NO! no chemicals!!! lol

bat guano... ahahhhhaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!

how much bat guano in each pot?

Not sure tbh, the mixture comes pre-made, and the owner of the store (the only hydro supplier in SA) has definitely set the place up for cannabis growing, but in the guise of gardening..so I imagine the mixture is pretty well formulated but this may be for photo's and not autos. I don't add Bat-guano in seperately, you think that could be the issue? I thought bat guano was really good for plants..(I don't know a lot about nutes though)

lol... was a great epiusode... lol

I think agito is on track here... i have seen organics done with hydro but i'd reccomend against that stuff until you are more familiar with hydro... see... you are really learning 2 dif systems when you are learning growing and hydro at the same time... some thing are counterintuitive...

i'd run just like a fox farm hydro line or something.....

KISS interface as we like to say here... KISS = Keep it simple stupid... not implying stupidity... but you're in Deep... water culture that is lol

Boy I sercond that when I started out I dumped in most of a bottle of organic rooting agent. Then after it sat for a week the water turned brown and I had to empty the tank. I have stuck to 2 part chemicals after that. No organics and no molasses. Other than that I use Cal/mag and vinigar without problem. Wait a minute vinigar is organic isn't it.

Oh okay, I don't feed in the res I pour from the top of the medium...I also don't have any other organic nutes available to me unfortunately, only some made locally here. Thanks for the help with the medium though I will try get hold of some of this for my next grow.

the coir/perlite mix is recomend by the auto pot makers and people who have commercial greenhouses when i looked into using them myself
bat guano is pretty hot i would avoid adatives as it complicates things,
i would disconect the autopot and hand water this should help with wet and dry cycles

yeah the guano is why i think toxicity now that it came out... lol

bat guano will do exactly what you'r showing... you need to flush out and drop the guano wAAAAAAYYYYYY down!!!!

So in summary it seems like it's probably both the organic nutes and the PH are my main issue, amongs the many...

Damn how do I do that? I have never added it in separately it's in the medium! So can't really take it out of the medium now...or can I?
I will flush as soon as I get back from buying the various things I need to get my PH right.

That's pretty bad that the people I got it from are the only SA resellers of the Autopot and they actually only recommend the mix I used, there is no way I would just have assumed that mix would be best, as this was my first grow so I would definitely not know better. So hand watering will also help? These people are so full of misinformation because I brought up the issue of lack of dry cycles from my research on Autopots and they said it isn't a problem and that it does get dry cycles.
Bastards...
