Those are pollen sacs or "bananas".. Whether or not they produced pollen, opened, and pollinated pistils, there is no way for us to know. Only the plant can answer that. If you find seeds, yes, if not, you may have gotten lucky, or the pollen sacs appeared/opened too close to harvest to make seeds.

Hopefully the latter, but I did read they are different to pollen sacks and dont need to open , and spill pollen straight away , do you no if the one in the tent with one sack that I pulled off will continue too produce more or it might stop, says it's due to stress and I did add another light recently @Proph

Im not sure where that info comes from, but " "bananas" are the exposed stamen of a male pollen sac. They are still male pollen sacs, so Im not sure what the person meant by different. If the "banana" matures long enough, it will open and drop pollen.. That's it's job. When that would happen or how long it would take to happen on that plant, I do not know.
Some plants you can pull off the bananas and they may or may not grow back or increase in numbers. Plants shouldn't herm due to light stress or basic stress in general. If they do herm, that's a sign of bad/unstable genetics. You will have to watch the plant closely to make sure.. It could be worth it.. It could be too much work if the bananas keep coming back. Who said it was due to light stress?

The few times I ran into this or always was no issue . But you do want to take them off and keep an eye out for others

How to ask this...
How many weeks from harvest from harvest do you need to be b4 the pollen won't make much difference. In other words how long does it take to make seeds/how close to harvest b4 the seed production won't steal too much from the potency production. If I had 2 kick ass plants and one pollinated the other and I got seeds I may not be too upset. Also I'd probably just make gummies. I cant wait till I have time to experiment with pollination...

It takes 4-6 weeks to make fully mature seeds. So if you are 2 weeks from harvest, you won't see any seeds if it were pollinated that late. If you had two kick add plants, and one hermed, you only had one bad add plant, lol.. And the seeds made from pollen from a herm plant, will have the herm gene... So they are more than likely to herm as well.

Ya. I was kinda going with the thought of forcing the herm but I did not convey it very well.

@Proph here is the info I read mate not sure if it’s accurate i have kept the other so I will check the other when lights come on
