This is worth your time.
Especially pay attention from 11:00 all the way to 16:00.

Phylos CEO basically explains how they acquired the data they needed from their testing clients.

He goes on explaining how this aggregated data now creates a barrier to entry protecting them from competition.

Their board of advisors are specifically appointed to facilitate a future acquisition (upon federal legalization) by one of the Big 4 Ag companies, which are Syngenta, Dow Dupont, Bayer and BASF.

go to the U.S. patent office online, type cannabinoid in search, and you will see that big pharma and the government both have been patenting individual cannabinoids for ten years or more,:cheers:

Yeah but this is different here. Phylos strategy is to replace all existing breeders and acquire a monopoly on cannabis genetics. This is no conspiracy theory, it's real.

what good is a monopoly on breeding if someone has a patent on all the active ingredients? you cant sell it with them holding the patents and taking their cut.
not a conspiracy theory. they already hold the patents for a huge list of cannabinoids. a fact anyone can read.:pass: .

I remember reading a paper when the UK I think it was was looking to patent a canna plant or some such.they were like ya cant Do that..?! LOL then we all find out some years ago that the US has had a patent on the plant I think since the 70s as a neurological protectant. But either way theyve had a hold on this for some decades now.

too many small breeders for any corporation or company to have the effect you are worrying about. even with them holding patents. we will all go illegal again.
and grow them out of exsistance. I started smoking in 1963, first grow 1965. and worked with cannabis for over 50 years all of it illegal. and can go back to that if needed.:pass:

^^^ This ^^^

I know far too many underground breeders for this to be a major concern...

Been growing since 1965 as well...

Cutting edge grow lights back in 1965 : 1 black light, 1 red heat lamp, and a stolen rewired street light.... all run at the same time !

:crying::cheers::crying:
