New Grower IS A FLOWERING SPECTRUM HPS BULB STUNTING MY AUTOS IN VEG ???

hello i am on my second set of plants from dutch passion two auto colorado cookies the first two are auto blue mazar my cookies are on day 17 and are just push out there 3rd set of leafs this seems to be a little behind based on what i have seen on this site the two mazars are on day 57 and are 64cm and 75cm not bad sized plants but still on the small side for the genetics. i have a 600w flowering spectrum buld that has been used for 1 previous grow. so should i switch to a dual spec hps or get a additional light to assist in veg any comment or thought would be appeciated thankyou

no lots use hps they are best lights about give them time they probs just makin roots

about 100cm away from the tops of the small plants and 18inchs of the top of the the two flowering plants

the RH is never below 40% and 70% at the very most but usally stays in the 50s. i think maybe it might be down to my inexperence and possibly not watering correct amounts still tryin to figure out the daily watering

I just go by weight usually. Remember how it weighs dry and then when you give her water you can feel it get quite a bit heavier. But I'd just throw a little more at them and see what happens
