Very stunted Autos and one not flowering on first ever grow?

I live in the Denver area, close to the foothills so light isn't a problem. I've used Sohum a couple of times for photo period plants. In both grows I was able to go through all of veg and part of bloom before needing to add bloom nutes and booster in the last few weeks. I need to be able to move the plants because it's actually against our HOA to grow cannabis, If it wasn't, I would grow in the ground.
And one of the girls you posted is 75 days old?

Twenty plus days is too long in the cups before transplant also. I like clear cups to see the root development and be careful when you transplant that the roots are not damaged that pop through the drain holes. I like to transplant after 1 week in most cases :coffee:

They started out slow so they didn't look transplantable until day 23.
