Indoor Iriee Vibez grows Blue Toof & DP Lemon Zkittle outdoors

I am here now:smoking:

Iriee, if this is Lemon Zkettles photoperiod and you growing in your own garden? Then :crying:3 gal would be a nice experiment to let in.:pighug: Depending where you are and your climate photoperiods can get up to 3 meters and more only in veg:biggrin: then with stretch in bloom they can easliy reach 4.5 meters and stretch will last till mid 09/19. So if you want to keep this beautiful plants i would recommend at least a 13 galon pot or grow bag, better plant them in the ground of your garden. To keep her in hand you can top and suppercropp her also topping side branches and having lots of nutes in the back.

I growed 12 photoperiod plants last year in 50 liter/13 gallon grow bags and they were all around 3.5 - 4 meters of height at the end:biggrin:

Tell me....

Are you legal or not?
Is this in your own garden?
Do you have neighbors, cool ones?
What feeds?

Also helpful what i did 2 years ago to keep a plant in range, i topped her and kept her growing in a Scrog net outdoors and at least she had a canopy of more then 2x2 meters / 6.5 feet and it worked and i could her keep at 1.5 meters height, it was a Durban Poison/DP a true outdoors champion.

Smoke one:pass:

Hey Mongol, thanks for the strain specific information, man! So, I am in a legal state and can have 6 adult plants at any one time. The problem is that if neighbors can see or smell it, they can file a public nuisance. If I can keep at around 2 meters, I don't have to worry about height. I chose this strain partially because of the lemon scent, as I thought the fact that I also have a lemon tree, the scent wouldn't be as noticeable during flower.

I am using MC for the outside grow. I love the price, and so far the plants seem to love it also. I plan to use some of my AN Bud Candy and Big Bud during flowering phase.

It's nice to know that they can grow that tall, but I also know that the size of the pot should limit the size of the plant. If I keep it in a 3 gallon, what do you think my experience will be heightwise with this strain. Could I expect a plant around 6 feet (just over 3 meters), without topping or training? Would the small pot restrict roots, which decreases growth? Or would it continue to grow as tall as you noted, just wanting more frequent feedings due to the smaller pot size. I definitely do not want to encourage them to grow taller by transplanting them into a larger pot!

What do you think, Mongol, buddy?

Well, luck boy growing in legal area wish i would be also:cuss:like i mention today before to keep her in range you can top her and make it a nice bush, also bending down or Scrog is working fine, there is enough time to train her to keep her short n bushy, but doing all that in a 3 gal pot :nono: it will not work that good, she can get luxuriant growth, there are still 2 months of veg and then bloom:doh: i would transplant her to a bigger pot, better into the ground of the garden, so you don't lose pot height, after transplanting her into ground give her 2 weeks to settle in and then top and train her, then you easily can keep her under 2 meters, my favorite would be a nice big Scrognet.

Could I expect a plant around 6 feet (just over 3 meters), without topping or training?
Of course....
Would the small pot restrict roots, which decreases growth?
Not really, for that you started to early...
I definitely do not want to encourage them to grow taller by transplanting them into a larger pot!
Don't fear that! You can easily transplant her to the ground and keep her lower then 2 meters, how tall is she now?
What do you think, Mongol, buddy?
No prob, always here to help:pass:

How ya been mate? Just got caught up and now I’m dying to see how the girls fared the last couple weeks — especially the outdoor girls ...

Hey DG, I have been out of town all week, but the plants are doing pretty well. I changed all the reservoirs and took some pics, and will update in a few. Also looking forward to catching up on your grow!

Day 67

I was out of town for the week, and again the plants seemed to like the serenity. The buds on BT1 are really putting on grams now. BT2 is doing what she can, but she is smaller and about a week behind the other.

I am getting a fruity skunky smell in the cabinet. BT1 is sticky to the touch and full of trichomes. I just want the buds to really add a little weight in these last two weeks and I will be happy. I added AN Overdrive in today's reservoir change to help her do just that.

And @davisgirl, my outdoor photo Lemon Zkittle are growing petty good. Not very interesting right now, just big bushes! I supercropped a couple weeks ago, and have been topping as necessary to maintain structure and manage height. One plant tried to straighten back out while I was away, so I tied her down. Still have another month plus of vegging. F I can finish them, it will be a monster yield!

Yo, Chro! What's up, man! I enjoyed this grow and it was relatively stress free, but I got to go back to DP to get some more jars filled! I am doing their Auto Blackberry Kush next. Striking plants, and will fill up my indica jars!

If those two Lemon Zkittle plants finish like they can, I am gonna have my sativa jars filled for a long time. The Auto Blackberry Kush will be right on time, cause I don't know how long I will have Blue Toofs. Plants are definitely lower yielders. I am banking on the smoke being extra special, especially for the runt, BT2! I will be lucky if I get an ounce from her!

Nice! I think every pheno turns purple doesn't it or is there a green pheno? Unless I'm seeing things I'm sure my purple berry kush which is coming into her last few weeks is starting to show a bit of purple in her which would be a bonus!
