Insects, fungus, leave septoria?

Hello something weird is happening to my plants..

Hopefully someone with soil knowledge sees this, but until then one thing you can do is look for insetcs with a magnifying glass.

To me it looks like possible insect damage, but doesn't look bad (at least so far).

Try busting out a magnifying glass and carefully inspect your plants and pots for any possible culprits of the insect variety.
