Extraction Infused Olive Oil, Store at room temp or chill?

oh god... that harvest gold.... had an oven and fridge in that color in my old house, like, from when I was born until I turned 10. haha god that was nasty.

yeah... i've had cocnut oil go bad too... i reccomend fridge or freezer for that oir any other "fragile" oil.... but veggie oils and olive oils are usually ok... make sure to get a good sterile can-off.... clean jar... etc etc... and also... if you used water in your crockpot mix (i do to remove impurities and off flavors)... make sure to seperate it well... and then reheat and "boil off" the water from the oil... you'll need to simmer it at just around 212 for 30-40 minutes... if you watch the themp guage as your stirring (stir frequebntly)... you'll see a temp spike as the last of the water evaporates... and watch the guage climb right out to 221, 225, 230.... you're good...
