My seedlings here are being fiesty little plants. #1 there is leaning like crazy #2 the cotyldon were standing up like a v and then turned yellow and died(i just realized thats supposed to happen. lol i used to chop them off so it freaked me out) and #3 is has a cut in the top layer of the skin on the leaf. If anyone has any ideas on thesr id appreciate it.

I am about to go to bed. I'll visit your thread tomorrow again. Maybe you can snap a couple pics by then?

Sure need pics! The first one could do with some support, not sure what your space is like. Tie it to some kind of pole (not too tight, most people try to force it to stand straight up, just enough so it doesn't completely drop over 25 degrees from straight up)

The second seedling sounds like it could have been overwatered recently? (if the leaves are standing up (like this >V) its usually nothing near to overwatered though). It could be nute burn or ph lock. I think cotyledon means either top leaves or bottom leaves (It what we call the first growth that forms into first leaves in a newborn seedling from what I know.. could you clarify that for me please?)

ow those things always kind of die while in vegative stage.. had forgetn - been a while since i vegged some plants :D Dont worry unless these reaches the rest of the plant, might also be time for the first feed soon. As for that 3rd plant no idea, im sure picture will help :)

They look fine, as you've figured out already. I can delete the thread, or we can change the name of the thread, and continue it as a grow log, If you'd like. Your choice. :D

here are two other seedlings that i planted a week and a half give or take after the other three. i will be leaving all five of these seedlings in these 16oz party cups as an experiment as to what can be grown out in these cups. Further more i have topped these two and one of the other seedlings as well. the seedling on the right took especially well to the top as it is now growing 4 tops off the single cut. freaking awesome and im almost positive i can do it again. Cant wait to start the next batch to test this theory.

Pic updates on my two white dwarfs. I just trimmed them up. Got them looking all pretty so i had to take some photos.

Tina(really starting to fill out nicely)
tina 3.jpgtina 2.jpgtina 1.jpg
Bertha(almost ready to pull up)
bertha 1.jpgbertha 2.jpg
im gonna give bertha one more week. two at the absolute tops. tomorrow signifies the end of the eighth week since she first showed sex (white hairs) i pulled a couple nugs off here to examine when i trimmed her. most of the trichs have turned cloudy so i figure if in one more week they havent start turning amber i will either just chop her down or grow her out for another week under 12/12.

tina on the other hand didnt flower until about a 1 1/2 weeks after bertha. so ill probably leave her in for another 3-4 weeks. she suffered a good amount of nute burn so i dont know how thats going to affect her growth. ill call it as i see it with her.
