Anyone growing any Sativas indoors? I am interested in a "Bangi Haze", "Purple Mexican" or "Oldtimers Haze" all of these are from Seedsman. I already have 5 seeds of W.O.S. 'S "Amnesia" in the ground.. Just curious if there are other Sativa growers here?

I know a lot of growers but Blue dream is about as close to sativa as it gets in my circle.

I love Sati dominant strains. Think Different/Big AutoDurbanPoison and Auto Daiquiri Lime from DP HBSS Supernatural OG from Mephisto are some recent faves.

Hey Kallybear,
I had some sativas indoor and maybe I can help.
The three varieties you mentioned are from Ace seeds and Cannabiogen, not Seedsman. Seedsman only sells them:)
So there are quite big differences between these, the OldTimersHaze is a pure sativa with extremely long flowering period and stretch, can go up to 22 weeks of flowering(necessary to put 11/13 schedule with these), while the Bangi haze and Purple Mexican are more of medium length of flower, around 9-12 weeks. PM is a hybrid with PCK so it's the less "sativa" of the three, but can have some nice mexican expressions.

I suggest you go with Bangi Haze and Purple Mexican if it's your first time with sativas, they are more forgiving and grower friendly, OTH is for true sativa lovers with extra patience and skills.

Mind you all, these are very different from the so-called sativas like BlueDream or similar hybrids, not to mention autoflowering so-called sativas. Not comparable at all.

I had a great spectrum of highs from a Congo-dominant sativa while the most commercial sativa Power Plant was a huge disappointment in terms of high.
Now I'm trying to have a hybrid of two superb sativas, Panama and Bangi Haze, it should be a special treat:)

If there's any more info on these strains you need, just let me know.

Cheers

Heard about a really nice Sativa called deep congo or back to the congo from williams seedbank at hempdepot.ca

I tried a Dutch Passion Durban Poison photo this season outdoors and I am very impressed. Great grower, very strong smoke, excellent smell and taste. Also did a DP Think Fast and though she isn't a pure sativa, the buzz sure is a soaring sativa high...very, very powerful.

Ive wanted to do Blue Dream very much outdoors, but they tend to finish too late for my application from the research I have done. Our weather starts to fall apart in late sept and it has totally shifted by oct the 15th(snow between oct 15th-Nov 1st for sure). 76-106 oz yield sounds amazing!! Here is a pic of a 52oz think fast from this summer outdoors run. Chopped Oct 5th
