This is my first grow journal. I though i'd give it a try since all my previous grows i would consider as failures. Heres my setup.
  • 60×60×140cm tent
  • 6 inch inline fan for ventillation
  • MarsHydro 300w Led + 85w CFL
  • Small clip on fan for air circulation
  • Temps hover around 18-19 celsius at night and 21-24 during the day
  • Humidity is always around 40-50%
  • 18/6 light cycle
  • My soil is a local brand with perlite and vermiculite already mixed in and enough fert for about a month and a half (they claim).
I put the seed in water for 2 days until it no longer floated and sunk to the bottom, then i planted it in a 12 ounce cup in soil, watered lightly with bottled water. It sprouted 2 days later on the 16th. This is a picture two days later on the 18th.

I plan on watering using bottled this whole grow, my tap water cannot be trusted. Will post a more recent photo soon. Any and all criticism and advice is welcome.

This is on the 22nd

Taken today. Very little growth since transplant three days ago. Learned my lesson, never starting an auto in anything other than the final pot.

I'll send over some luck dust, so this won't be a considered failure. Whooshhhhhhhhhh!

Growth is picking up again. Anyone know why one of the leaves is twisting like that? Also on an unrelated note, how can i rotate the pictures i upload so they aren't sideways.

If you are using Tapatalk then rotate in a photo editor before posting.

I get random leafs that twist too. I don't worry about it.

Update:
20180129_184129.jpg

Obviously, still havent figured out how to rotate the damn pictures. Im uploading them straight from my phone and i tried rotating them on my phone before-hand to no avail.

Growth is going well. A couple of days ago i saw the small leaves of the second node pointing straight up, like vertically, so i turned off the cfl and left just the led on. Turns out it was really stressed by the light, even though i had it far away. The color is better, the twists in the leaves are gone and growth has really picked up.

Will check in again soon.
