I had already planned to start the flush process today, and go for about 10 days. I feel.that should be enough to really get a clean taste from it once dried and cured. I need to find hydrometer s that fit in Mason jars if anyone has a link it's most appreciated

Ebay....supercheap...I buy mine from china and they are $2 each free shipping. I am sure they have the same ones from someone distributing them in your country.

I got 5 from eBay. The super cheap ones do not come with batteries and those batteries are pricey so buy ones that come with the battery that is my advice check eBay
