So currently I have a 120x120x180 with a 600w hps but I need a mkre cost effective solution
Looking at led but which 1 how meny watts do i need
Ill not have more than 4 gals in there
I like the look of thr mara hrdro units z

You will want something like 30 real watts/sq.ft. with leds, which for your space comes to roughly 450 watts total. The Mars Hydro lights are good, but go for whites, not blurples. Your setup would work well with a pair of SP3000's or TSl2000's. There are other great options too, Autocobs and quantum board for example. Lots of choices.

If you are up to some DIY wiring, screw ins can grow decent weed too, and can be set up for roughly half the cost of ready mades.

Good luck with your light search. :pighug:

I own a sp250 andnjust bought a tsl2000 by mars. Love them both. Get 2 tsl 2000s. And trash that 600hps. Happy growing

I have just bought two tsl 2000s using dr.mj Coco's light calculator it's optimal for a 4x4 space and honestly I couldn't be more happy if I had more cake I would've maybe went with the sp line from Mars but the two tsl powers more then half of my 4 x 8 so unbelievably well. I have more mars ts series and and next light core filling out my space but I absolutely vouch for the mars hydro ts series but specifically for two tsl2000s in a 4x4 space. I used them in my 4x4 when I was running multiple tents as I was going to flower photos while running autos so I can say it blasts that space with optimal light for your space and is no where near as hot as a hps as I used to use a dimmable 1000 w at 750 for the same 4x4 space.

Auto Cobs. 1 cob per plant. 60 watts only per cob!!! www.cobshop.net Most energy efficient light on the market. :headbang: I just got some

Just got 2 kingbrite 240w 3500k shipped from China in 20 days. Paid 285 u.s. shipped to door. Very happy so far with them! Also have a Mars hydro TS 600 in my 4x4 with them for total of 570w. Also have a TS1000 in a 2x2 x7 closet. Love the Mars hydros! Just sayin... weigh your options and count your money. Go for what’s in your budget that’ll get the job done. Can always add in the future!

2 TSL2000 would be the same wattage, but would still save on bulb replacements and/or you could dim them to save on power. The FC4800 looks pretty sweet for that sized space too

I got rid of a 3000 and 2000 watt wills led recently to save on power. I'm telling you the autocobs are where it's at man. Its like running a light bulb.
